• Job Details:- Directing day-to-day activities within the OCC, managing staff, and coordinating resources to maintain service reliability. - Working closely with cross-functional teams including maintenance, engineering, and customer service to deliver a seamless passenger experience. - Utilizing ATS & SCADA systems to track train movements, assess network performance, and optimize operational efficiency. - Spearheading emergency protocols to swiftly address incidents, prioritize passenger safety, and minimize service disruptions. - Manage Traction power substation, monitor alarms and implement power maneuvers through SCADA system to prevent disruptions during system malfunction. - Supervised the day-to-day operations of a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS), including work order generation, preventive maintenance scheduling, and inventory management. - Oversee OCC activities, including traffic, power, information, and work permits at the line, Depot and stations. - Supervise and monitor the working in maintenance facility and mainline during authorize permit within safety limits and protection under the rules and procedures.

Transport and Training SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:- Create comprehensive training materials for LRT train drivers that include both technical and theoretical elements of railway and LRT train operations. - Conduct training sessions to improve the capabilities and driving abilities of LRT train and shunting drivers. - Supervise LRT train driving operations in accordance with CBTC signalling systems and safety requirements, with a focus on passenger safety. - Graduated seven batches of LRT train drivers, a total of 105 drivers, including 8 shunting drivers, through comprehensive training materials and successful training sessions. - Maintain continual communication with the OCC department to ensure smooth train operations and assess driver performance. - Enforce strict adherence to driving rules, regulations, and procedures, thereby increasing safety and efficiency. - Manage driver schedules and rosters to improve work scheduling. - Manage driving equipment needs and respond quickly in the event of a problem. - Establish direct communication channels with drivers' managers during emergencies or critical situations. - Implement safety regulations and emergency protocols to ensure passenger, staff, and asset safety. - Provide the necessary support to train drivers during operational hours to diagnose any failures inside the train, ensuring continuous and smooth operation. - Possess a valid license to operate LRT trains and shunting machines.
