• Job Details:Key Responsibilities: • Leads design work on medium to large scale projects or particular packages for large projects ensuring project objectives are met, design instructions are implemented, and delivery is achieved within the set time. • Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions. • Produces detailed blueprints (designs, architectural details & documents, calculations, schematic drawings, construction drawings, cost estimates, renderings,) and performs necessary corrections. • Assign sub-consultants and third parties as required (Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and specialist consultants, client’s agents…) and liaises with these construction professionals to complete the contracted project scope. • Compiles project specifications, design reports… and ensure that they meet Client requirements (design, budget, program, timeline…) and Industry Standards. • Ensures that all works are carried out are following specific standards and building codes (NFPA, French Code, Dubai Code...) guidelines, fire regulations, and other ordinances. • Providing clients with suitable design recommendations based on factors such as budget, the building site, and recent trends. • Preparing and presenting feasibility reports and design proposal to the client • Attends project meetings with external clients as well as internal team. • Prepares BIM models and drawings using Revit Architecture and coordinates using Navisworks and ensures the accuracy and quality of the BIM model information, presentation, and coordination • Performs regular site visits to check on project status and approve all pending items. • Provides office site backup through issuing & accepting shop drawings, materials, design reviews, value engineering, and any other requests that can increment work on site. Key Projects: • Sindalah Island – Cluster 4 - Neom KSA (Design Coordinator between all trades to produce Shop Drawings for all public areas in Cluster 4) • Al Thulathaa Mall & Residence – Ziyouna Iraq (Residential project consisting of 5 towers G+29) 3 Floors Mall and % Podium floors for cark park. • Al Dora Residence – Dora Iraq (Residential project consisting of 7 towers G+29), 3 Podium Floors with Community Center, Offices and Retail. • Al Yarmouk – Yarmouk Iraq (Residential Project consisting of 15 towers).
