• Job Details:Process and review payment packages for accuracy and compliance. Ensure correct charge codes as per the organization's chart of accounts. Handle vendor, supplier, staff, and sub-recipient payments and cheques. Manage A/R entries, bank reconciliations, and petty cash replenishment. Maintain cash receipts, deposit registers, and daily bank deposits. Verify staff travel expenses and process reimbursements. Conduct monthly inventory verification and fixed asset reconciliation. Assist in month-end closing, audits, and financial data accuracy.

Jr. Accountant

• Job Details:Identify and correct posting errors; generate financial reports. Support budget preparation, expenditure tracking, and payroll processing. Communicate with clients, banks, and management for financial reporting.
