I joined Speedsend as a ‘Human Resources and Admin Manager.
Supervising a team of three junior staff in all phases of the hiring, recruiting and training process.

There are many tasks that I am responsible for, such as:
• Establish Admin & HR Department.
• Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR and admin-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates.
• Contract with vendors to provide employee services, such as Security Company, food service, transportation, medical insurance or relocation service.
• Supervising administrative activities related to fiscal management, human resources, procurement and other administrative activities.
• Applies knowledge of administrative and business processes, personnel management, and budgetary controls.
• Developing, interpreting, and applying policies and procedures.
• Purchasing for the organisation and negotiating with suppliers about the prices of items which have to be bought.
• Using information systems.
• Providing specialised support to other departments and managers.
• Planning, organising, providing leadership and controlling all administrative functions.
• Managing quality and cost control.
• Ensuring that human and material resources are correctly utilised.
• Participating in Dynamic 2007 Committee for Speedsend Process and Procedures Improvement initiative that leads Speedsend to ISO.
