• Job Details:Front office operations Loan origination: negotiating and assisting applicants with selecting the appropriate loan products and conditions to prequalify applications. Loan processing: verification of application and transaction information. Creating and updating customer accounts, gathering and organizing loan documents (system document indexing). Client relationship management: client liaison functions, handling account related queries and tracking loan amortization. Back office operations Loan underwriting: Undertaking compliance checks and evaluate financial status, credit and property evaluations for the loan. Borrower review; performing credit worthiness, affordability and financial status checks. Follow-up activities to verify application data and/or to acquire incomplete/missing information from applicants. Preparation of daily lodging files for running affordability/authenticity checks on loan applications. Loan funding and closing: Matching disbursement amounts in terms of computation of requested amounts, amounts disbursed and matching corresponding monthly instalments. Retrieving and updating payment accounts. Computation of Disbursement batches for payment of loan advances to approved clients. Tracking pending disbursements liaising with Accounts Departments for payments. Preparation of Disbursement Reconciliation Preparation of Loans and Advances Reconciliation
