• Job Details:Commander of Main Liaison Office/ Liaison Agency with International Organization (LAWIO) / Military Intelligence Department /Ministry of Defence /Cairo, Egypt. "This agency is responsible for implementing peace treaty between Egypt &Israel". 1- Coordinate all activities between Egypt and Israel regarding peace treaty (military annex). a- coordinate time table for commanders meeting in both sides. b- Coordinate terminals managers meeting in both sides. c- Coordinate all activity between Egyptian and Israeli terminals manger (Timetable for opening and closing down the terminals ) during the national and religious festivals. d- Exchange information about the common border between Egypt and Israel. 2-Operating and coordinating all activities of Multinational Forces and Observers (MFO) in Sinai. • Operating and coordinating all activities of Multinational Forces and Observers (MFO) in Sinai. • Coordinate MFO activities with local authority as a host country for MFO mission (customs and immigration, security police, municipality) in the mission area. • Advice MFO about the security situation in MFO missions area through MFO liaison unit. • Facilitate the passage of MFO elements and staff members through the border crossing point. • With respect to security matters in the area, brief foreign senior officials and VIP visitors including United States Congressmen, Ambassadors, Military Attachés, and UN officials. • Coordinate all security arrangements in common daily issue between MFO in Sinai and the local police. • Issue security clearance to the Egyptian staff employed by the MFO. • Coordinate and facilitate the passage of UN staff members through the border crossing points and coordinate the activity of UNTSO mission in TABA terminal.
