Credit Risk Analyst (SME/Commercial)

• Job Details:Assessment of the proposed credit lines with respect to central bank’s regulatory compliance and adherence to bank's credit policy and credit manual. Communicating with the credit initiating centers for processing credit requests and recommending proper structuring of credit limits. Initiate queries/suggest ways to business units as to how could the identified risks be mitigated. Maintain a balance between managing credit risk and ensuring constant growth of the portfolio. The proposals review is being processed effectively & efficiently in due time and disposed off within the TAT. Analysis of financial health through financial statements analysis of the clients. Preparation & updation of MIS reports related with portfolio. Any other assignment assigned by supervisor.

Relationship Manager (SME/Commercial)

• Job Details:Maintaining & monitoring the exposure of advances. Credit analysis & evaluation before originating loan application. Preparing credits regular & single transaction/temporary proposals of customers/borrowers for the credit limit of funded facilities & non-funded facilities (against securities of liquid securities, PGS, property & stocks). Applying & obtaining ECIB reports from the SBP and checking outstanding / overdue status of the customers. Ensure institution's policies and procedures are followed/ meet according to established/ given guidelines and give recommendations for improvement according to market/ customer needs and trends. Analyze, review and recommend loan and credit applications in accordance with authorized threshold. Monitor processing of loan/ credit applications and investigations. Preparation of monthly branches progress reports related to credit / trade business and other head office related reports. Advise customers on the commercial and personal financial services corresponding to their needs. Evaluate and review finance/credit applications. Review and recommend credit applications, establish credit limits after approval from competent authority and determine repayment plans or schedules in accordance with authorized limits. Ensure credit policies and procedures are followed according to established guidelines and applicable legislation. Analyze/review collaterals/securities and make recommendations. Liaison with different departments for credit and trade related work (branch, CAD, legal, risk and other).
