Procurement Specialist

• Job Details:Receiving requests from site and floating RFQs to vendors. Follow up with supplier after placing order and make sure the delivery schedule is followed. Ensuring that all goods and services purchased comply with the company's sustainability policies. Manage all procurement related activities - complete the purchase order's related attachments and material files for procurement unit head's review. Coordinating with site team for any urgent requirements and finalizing orders accordingly. Review requisitions for completeness prior to issuing purchase orders. Resolved discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices by coordinating with vendors or internal departments.

Procurement Specialist

• Job Details:Procurement cycle — RFQ to FDR (finalizing purchase order attachments - coordinating between designer and engineering team to finalize TBE, CBE finalization & unit head approval, PO placement). Weekly meeting with clients and management to discuss procurement plan/look ahead activities. Update material/procurement tracking sheet and submit to client as required. Coordinating with site team for any urgent requirements and finalizing orders accordingly. Review requisitions for completeness prior to issuing purchase orders. Resolved discrepancies between purchase orders and invoices by coordinating with vendors or internal departments.
