- Job Details:• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, both hard copy and electronic (Odoo), in compliance with local regulations and company policies. • Process employee changes, such as new hires, terminations, transfers, and promotions, ensuring all documentation is completed and filed correctly. • Create Form (6) for resigned employees, Accurately entering the data to complete Form (1). • Manage employee leave requests (vacation, sick leave, etc.) and ensure accurate tracking. • Prepare HR-related documents, such as letters of employment, salary certificates, and other employee correspondence. • Review and create overtime calculation for employees using Excel. • Assist with the preparation of HR reports and presentations. • Maintain and organize HR files and databases. • Handle general HR inquiries from employees in a professional and timely manner. • Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee relations issues, escalating complex matters to the Personnel Section Head. • Create employees’ contact and follow up on it’s renewal. • Assist with the organization of employee engagement activities and events. • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures. • Stay updated on local Egyptian labor laws and regulations related to HR practices. • Ensure HR processes and documentation comply with legal requirements.
