Commission and Rebate Program Manager

• Commission and Rebate Manager role is to manage and support the company objectives through ensuring accurate reviewing revenue recognition process and ensuring that commission and rebate paid in line with revenue recognized.
• Maintains the Supply Chain Interface between customer and supplies.
• Supervises the consolidated SIOP (Single Integrated Operation Plan) and production schedule of the plant.
• Ensures the best service level to the customer at the lowest costs.
• Ensures the quality of customer deliveries and vendor delivery plan in terms of deadlines. Quantities and costs.
• Ensures the inventory accuracy for the total stocks of the plant.
• Sets and validates the inventory target for factory by ensuring the targets are met by keeping excess and obsolete stock to minimum levels.
• Ensures the reliability of internal stores and sets the logistics parameters.
• Continuously improves the supply chain expertise, skills, and knowledge of the department.
• Identifies logistics flows to existing providers.
• Sets the specifications for shipping logistics.
• Establishes a charter logistics SEWS/ transportation company.
• Initiates periodic inventories of the whole plant as per procedures.
Carry out other comparable duties as required by the logistic Manager
• Responsible of all equipment, paper stock and availability, through planed supply demand process, and related analysis and reports, including management reports.
• Make sure that the company assets are properly and safely distributed.
• Monitor and control outstanding orders.
• Control distribution budgets and expenses.
• Develop the existing distribution system to cope with company growth.
• Revise & check invoiced truck movements by contractors.
• Improve customer loyalty by customer Satisfaction.
• Manage all distribution activity (Order Request System, Total Satisfaction Grantee, Lon’s, Fairs, Removals, Short Term, and Transportations).
• Maintain records of distribution activities.
• Make appropriate contacts with other departments.
• Reconcile distribution records with customer administration.
• Plane orders and control partial shipments to customers.
• Receive, check and prepare delivery document.

• Conducting physical inventories of non-expendable property in offices. Noting and recording condition of property items during physical inventory. Driving to and from inventory locations as required.
• Transferring inventory data from barcode scanner into the computer. Exercising good judgment in resolving any discrepancies in the reconciliation and using ingenuity in attempting to locate missing items.
• Writing a one –page report on each essential inventory performed noting general condition of furniture and furnishings expired life spans for appliances, and missing item in need of repair or replacement, and submitting to the direct Manger for review and approval.
• Keeping inventory files update by filing reconciliation and inventory reports, as well as documents showing movements of property in and out of watch location.
• Conduction yearly physical inventories of expandable, property, including all types of spare parts needed. Also conducting monthly and quarterly inventories.
• Receiving stock and shelving it.
• Maintaining the stock level for all items when needed.
• Delivery of spares parts upon request to engineers in the field.
Responsible for the movement of spare parts between 12 warehouses of XEROX
