• Job Details:Fill out all visa application forms and facilitate the visa process with all foreign embassies and consulates. Fill out all visa online applications for both fit and groups for UK, USA, Schengen, Canada and any other required embassy. Contact all the embassies to facilitate the group and individual appointments. Communicate frequently with the operation department about the up to date visa requirement from all embassies. Collect visa requirements and necessary travel documents from the clients and operation. Revise all the visa documents and advise if any problems or missings to be communicated to the operation / the client. Track, collect, and revise passports from different embassies or visa application centers. Develop and update all the visa requirements booklet and sheets for office use along with communication with clients. Ensure correct visa type is applied for and accuracy of information on forms. Ability to attend and facilitate visa appointments with both individuals and groups at all consulates and embassies. Go to different entities and organizations to collect the visa requirements/documents directly from the clients. Contact clients to communicate required or missing documents required for visa appointments (secondary job).
