- Job Details:Recruitment: • Supervise & handle recruitment & hiring cycle (C. Vs sourcing for critical key positions, scarce resources headhunting, Internal & External job posts, reference checks, senior level interviews, hiring recommendation decisions for Mgmt. team) Issue contracts & handle Contracting process • Handling hiring & onboarding process • Job Adds & Internal Posting • Conducting/evolving internal induction plan • Responsible of Raya University project (Adds, Sourcing, administration, logistics, etc…) • Manage intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching • Develops strategies to source and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool • Coordinates & participate on-campus and off-site recruitment programs including employment fairs and events Supervise & follow up the process of phone interviews & testing phase • Works with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify and recruit candidates and utilizes Internet online recruiting sources to identify and recruit candidates. • Maintains data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, and transfers • Files and maintains employment records for future references • Prepare reports related to the recruitment activities • Send rejection mails for rejected candidates • Developed Post Interviewing & hiring satisfaction surveys on quarterly bases. Training: • Consolidates the training needs extracted from the performance appraisal & managers need to prepare the training plan • Implementing annual training plan fulfilling all budgetary consideration and control • Responsible of training budget • Conducting all needed training requests local & international according to TNA. • Coordinates the soft skills tailored workshop • Guide managers in choosing needed soft skills course for their sup ordinates. • Maintains records and prepares statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees • Arrange for ongoing technical training and personal development programs for staff members • Customize & tailor training programs for Top Mgmt. upon conducting the necessary assessments • Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirements to prepare budgets OD: • Handling Raya Thank you program to recognize the internal talent pool. • Develop Orientation Program lists • Creating a Blue book (Guide book) for new hires to aid them in their journey • Play the HR role in the Audits cycles (HR, Cisco, ISO) • Organized Raya IT Kickoff Event 2017 • Created a celebrating program (new baby, newlyweds…etc.) to engage employee more & improve internal culture. • Implements internal surveys, (ESS, 360, PA etc) • Researches books & internet for new HR practices, modules or any new request for OD projects to be updated with the latest practices. • Ensures that all reports are distributed through the proper channels & keeps confidential records in an orderly manner
