Scheduling appointments for Sales Directors and Freelance Agents internally and externally .Arranging monthly meetings by sending out invitations and keeping weekly and monthly minutes. Coordinate and organize meetings with Freelance agents and other departments to handle their requirements.
Preparing and presenting the Daily Sales Report as needed and other reports requested by the sales director – freelance

Build a strong and efficient relationship with freelance agents , so as to ensure maximum third party satisfaction and company efficiency
Send out email invitation for monthly meetings, keep meeting minutes and work on next steps. Provide attendees with updates/progress. Maintenance of workflow process (including granting/removing authorization, updates etc.). Providing any needed giveaways by communicating with ASF management team.
Maintain close follow up on all freelance agents requests/complaints to guarantee prompt and regular feedback as required. Follow up Freelance agents regular report (commission statement - renewal reports - outstanding report, etc..).
Fulfill and apply any other tasks requested by Sales Director- Freelance.
