Send out email invitation for monthly meetings, keep meeting minutes and work on next steps. Provide attendees with updates/progress. Maintenance of workflow process (including granting/removing authorization, updates etc.). Providing any needed giveaways by communicating with ASF management team.
Maintain close follow up on all freelance agents requests/complaints to guarantee prompt and regular feedback as required. Follow up Freelance agents regular report (commission statement - renewal reports - outstanding report, etc..).
Fulfill and apply any other tasks requested by Sales Director- Freelance.
