• Job Details:Role Responsibilities:  Enforce project-related quality issues such as code quality, code practice compliancy, and test cases comprehensiveness.  Improve customer deliverables quality.  Develop, execute, and maintain test plan and test cases to ensure best achievable project quality.  Follow up and tests defects after delivery.  Involve in training customer on developed system.  Trigger the measurement of effectiveness of testing per project.  Report bugs and issues back to development team to resolve. .  Configuring all the solutions to ensure latest system configuration and design are supporting user workflow.  Trouble shoot and remotely connect to the devices reported to have an issue with our products.  Log the issues on the ticketing portal and assign it the vendors.  Follow-up with the vendors and close the solved tickets.
