• Job Details:Post monthly Debit Notes (Trade Spendings) and controlling it with Budget. Analyze the type of expenses (Trade Promo) per channel Post monthly/quarterly rebates for the distributors. Issuing invoices and credit notes to customers. Collect and review the distributor’s P&L monthly. Follow-up and reconcile with our distributors their balance and the payments vs. invoices Controlling the customers account, payment terms and credit limit of customers. Post monthly Marketing (Adv. & Promotions) accruals “PAMs” and compare with Budget. Analyze the Marketing type of expenses and Internal orders. Collect and follow up on marketing PAMs Collect Marketing invoices and follow up with accounting for its payment. Controlling the marketing suppliers' accounts and payment terms with the contracts. Analyze the (Marketing and Trade Promo) YTD and YTG vs Budget. Commercial Monthly Reporting include Monthly & YTD Volume Shipment and IMS review (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast) Monthly & YTD Trade rebates and promotions review (Realized vs. Budget vs. Forecast). Monthly & YTD Marketing review (Realized vs. Budget vs. Forecast)

• Job Details:Register accounts payable invoices on SAP and make the necessary checks review MIGO, tax status in addition to prepare the payment request. Responsible for General Ledger, cost center accurate allocation, provisions and accruals and prepayments (recurring entries). Prepare vendor situation analysis, stock analysis, and down payment analysis in order to assure accurate working capital performance indicator and high accuracy of the financial package. Participate in the stocks physical count in order to make the necessary control and assure accuracy. Follow up with the concerned parties (vendors and purchasing dept.) in order to assure smooth operation. Report monthly on BPC.
