• Job Details:• Communicate with transport, shipping and courier companies • Track tenders shipments with shipping companies • Prepare Material Request Orders (MRO) in accordance with Materials department • Coordinate the work with reference files • Prepare and coordinate Prequalification Application under the supervision of the Engineering Department • Prepare and coordinate Tender (Technical & Commercial proposal) after having the input from the Concerned Department • Preparation of summary for each new arrived tender • summary for each new awarded contract • Attendance to meeting, site visits as per Customer’s requirements • Prepare of the Administrative, Technical and Commercial Proposal • Prepare Weekly Tenders Tracking Sheet to the Chairman • Handle the Arrangements of issuing Required Bid bonds for Tenders (With Finance Department)
