• Job Details:A leading hospitality entity in Egypt, delivering a high-quality lifestyle and exceptional experiences. • Overseeing the marketing strategies and forecasts for the sub-brands with brand managers in line with the company goals, objectives, and guidelines.. • Supervise and direct the workflow of marketing & advertising communications by assigning job tasks, facilitating interdepartmental & external communications. • Monitor and report the effectiveness of marketing communications. statistically and interpersonally via social media. • Handling and overseeing a team under the marketing department to work coherently, efficiently, and effectively. • Maintain effective internal communications, ensuring all functions and departments are informed of marketing objectives. • Representing “The Lemon Tree & Co.” on brand and sub-brand levels within local and international communication duties. • Working closely with international partners on collaborations, events, venue strategic planning, and implementation. • Developing a system within the company to enhance workflow and sustain internal communication across all departments. • Building and developing with graphic designers’ new sub-brands for potential businesses. • Monitor and coordinate with the creative team in developing marketing campaigns on social media platforms, following the sub-brand vision while sustaining its identity. • Managing graphic designers, creatives, copywriters, and production teams towards applying and fulfilling strategies. • Working closely with entertainment, creative, and production teams to ensure that the project aligns with the strategy developed. • Monitor subordinates on photoshoots & creative copies to ensure they align with our brand strategy & vision. • Creating tailored hospitality and ethos-driven communications toward reaching strategic goals. • Participation in creating, developing, and sustaining the company's brands locally and internationally. • Maintain the consistency of branding & corporate identity across marketing & PR channels. • Creation & publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans and on-ground events.
