• Job Details:eceive daily sales from franchise branches. ▪ Record branches daily sales on company’s accounting system ▪ Process a physical count of branches stock, cash and credit card transactions periodically. ▪ Prepare a bank reconciliation sheet to match the branches’ credit card sales transactions, bank deposits, bank withdrawals and any other banking transactions ▪ Process withdrawal and deposit transactions from and in the company’s bank account ▪ Process a deposit transactions in Mobinil billing credit limit ▪ Organize the finance of stock purchasing process (cash, check or mixed payment) ▪ Prepare the adjustment and closing entries in a monthly basis for the customers accounts, purchasing control account and stock negative amounts ▪ Collaborate in preparing final accounts and financial statements
