• Job Details: Managing All Issues Related to Oracle Financial Modules:- (GL - AP - FA - AR - CM – OIE – AME – SLA– AGIS).  Ability to work and handle technical fields:- (SQL – Alerts – Personalization – triggers - interfaces – Web ADI –Data loading).  Follow Oracle implementation methodology AIM for Business Flows. (ABF)  Conduct Conference Room Pilots. (CRPs)  Direct, organize, and lead projects in the implementation and use of new ERPSoftware Tools and systems.  Assess and cultivate long-term strategic goals for ERP development in conjunction With End users, managers, clients, and stakeholders.  Evaluate the refined business requirements.  Map business requirements to Oracle modules and perform gap analysis.  Define the appropriate solutions, customization, and workarounds to fit gap analysis.  Conduct report fit analysis and security profiles.  Setup development, test, and production environments.  Perform data migration from legacy systems using Oracle APIs, Web ADI, and Data Loaders.  Identify integration points and entities and prepare integration design documents.  Prepare test scripts, training materials, and user guides.  Maintain project documentations.  Conduct end user training and Manage user acceptance tests. (UATs)  Troubleshooting and maintaining for post implementation support.  Customer Support after live and SLA’s Problems Solving.  Prepare periodic, scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed or required using various business applications.  Analyze user requirements and, based on findings, design functional specifications for ERP and BI front-end applications.  Assist in the development of enhancements and improvements to Oracle and other business applications.
