• Job Details:- Meeting the site team to discuss and understand all aspects related to the events (technically, contractually, and its effect on the overall progress of work). - Categorize the types of events (EDE or CDE). - Analyze the project planned and current critical and longest path. - Choose the appropriate type of delay analysis technique that will serve the project most. - Discussing the forward strategy of the claim and the end product needed from the site team. - Impacting the delayed events on the schedule and quantify the overall delay of the project. - Study the concurrency if any. - Present the delay analysis outcome in a simple and understandable presentation. - Monitor the claim after submission and defend it (through additional analysis if needed or meetings).
