• Job Details:• Strengthen Egypt Talent Pipelines through Conducting Sales Training Programs to more than 700 Medical Representatives in different therapeutic areas (COPD ,Asthma ,Hypertension ,Diabetes ,NSAIDs, Osteoporosis ,Transplantation ,Ophthalmology ,Oncology , Dermatology ,Hematology ,Migraine, Multiple Sclerosis & Hospital care) in order to sharpen their Skills & Improve their Performance. • Conducting Onboarding & Orientation Initial Selling Skills Trainings for the new comers’ Medical Representatives. • Responsible for Designing, Conducting, Updating, Enriching & Revitalizing the whole Novartis Pharma Training Curriculum. • Identify & Assess the Organization Training Needs by doing TNA (DNA). • Responsible for the Field Coaching for Novartis Pharma Medical Representatives. • Customize Special Trainings & Workshops for the Newly Launched Projects within the organization. • Provide all needed support (Training) for Best-in-Class New Launches & Ensure our people are the Best in Market. • Launch and ensure the full deployment of the New Selling Models across the country. • Conduct TTT for the new programs. • Ensure The Best Practice & Utilization of the newly Launched and current promotional materials to ensure the Best implementation in Market and to maximize its Dividends. • Support Commercial teams by conducting Skills Training for External Customers & Stakeholders to enhance customers’ engagement. • Conducting Product Training sessions & Product Knowledge Refreshment Sessions for Medical Representatives. • Responsible for Role Plays & Refreshment Sessions for the Field Force in Cycle Meetings. • Supporting the internal customers’ development via conducting several customized trainings. • Conduct many Virtual Trainings to some remote countries/during COVID19. • Digitalizing some of the training concepts using Board games & Unique Digital Solutions. • Ensure the full deployment of the Blended Learning methods in all trainings.
