• Job Details:- Preparing all documents related to transaction such as (lease contract, sell contract, undertakings, offset letter and delegations). - Meeting clients to sign the contracts & preparing checklist for the required docs and revising them. - Submitting the docs & dealing with FRA to ensure safe workflow with clients. - Collecting & monitoring rental cheques from the clients. - Following up & updating client’s license & insurance policies. Promoted to senior operation officer after 2 years of consistent work.
