• Job Details:3 separate BUs, 4 Factories with 1.5 billion’s turnover, 3 separate locations and 18 team members. - lead & supervise a dynamic accounting function to ensure accurate financial recording and reporting, strong compliance, and streamlined processes to generate an audited financial statement in compliance with the EAS. - Conduct an internal control activity and assess potential financial risks, design and implement proper procedures to mitigate the risks, monitoring and evaluation of the controls to ensure the adherence. - Manage the cost activities to understand the cost drivers & cost structure, identifying cost-saving opportunities, analyze costs elements then set the standard cost to compare with the actual cost in order to find the deviation. - Oversee treasury activities and maintain strong bank relations. Cash flow and liquidity management to meet the obligations. Manage the trade finance products and negotiate the debt and investment agreements. - Manage the working capital with strict rules for the AR, AP and Inventory level to keep health ratios. - Manage the tax file & compliance activities, plan the tax inspection, maintain and keep safe tax position. - Follow-up the supply chain activities to secure the facilitation of procurement, logistics and dispatching work. - Oversee the inventory level, labor performance, production level, utilization of capacity to optimize the efficiency. - Conducting the FP&A activities, setting annual budget, variance analysis, rolling forecast, evaluate financial results.

• Job Details:- Monitoring / managing cash flows, predicting future projection, control the needed cash to avoid cash shortage. - Oversee operations of the finance department, set service level and KPIs to serve our clients and service providers. - Overseeing the daily accounting activities and ensuring all tasks and reports are completed accurately / timely. - Lead the controls, policies & procedures and risk management ensure the appropriate control of company’s ops. - Liaise with external auditors to for the issuance of the statutory financial statement according to IFRS. - Responsible for accurately preparing of tax returns and supervise the inspection progress. - Conducting of preparing, reviewing, monitoring and managing the annual budgets and quarter review. - Conduction deep analysis of cash, revenue, transaction cost, claims behavior, profitability and new projects. - Manage the reconciliation function that responsible of claims management vs cash with the insurance community. - Supervise the Risk, Legal, Compliance function and performing regional reporting for the entity’s reputation
