• Job Details:Manage all logistics operations in Jebel Ali Free Zone, including warehousing, transportation, customs clearance, and freight. Successfully managed 4,500+ TEUs in Jebel Ali Free Zone, ensuring zero detention and demurrage charges. Handled 48 TEUs per day across four different warehouses. Effectively manage more than 250 TEUs of cargo across four warehouses in Jebel Ali Free Zone. Coordinate local deliveries with customers to ensure on-time delivery with duty exception. Ensure timely vendor payments to secure competitive rates and maintain smooth operations. Support the sales team in preparing proforma invoices and following up on customer payments.

Customs Clearance and Operation Executive

• Job Details:Managed all customs activities for mainland and free zone shipments via Jebel Ali Sea Port, DXB/DWC airports, and UAE land borders, including customs documentation, BOE processing, and inspection follow-up. Handled land shipments within Jebel Ali free zones, between Dubai-based free zones, from free zones to mainland, and across UAE free zones, ensuring compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Handled customs inspection bookings, e-claims, VAT return documentation, and exit submissions for transit shipments. Applied for MOFA e-DAS attestation for import shipments.

Junior Executive - Operations & Documentation

• Job Details:Regularly followed up with shipping agents on the status of sea and air import/export cargo to ensure timely delivery and accurate documentation. Coordinated with the customs house agent (CHA) team to ensure efficient customs clearance and monitored inspection status at the container freight station (CFS). Coordinated with the transportation team to ensure timely cargo delivery.
