• Job Details:Operation Engineer Commissioning phase – (February 2012 – December 2013) During this phase I have attended all commissioning activities that were done in order to first start-up of the two plants sequentially. I facilitate and assist in commissioning processes following P&ID diagrams like motor solo test, air blowing, boiler steam flushing, pipes flushing and chemical cleaning for different systems until it ended receiving the final P&ID diagrams & final manual operation to start the normal operation phase. Operation Phase During this phase, my responsibilities include Startup & shut-down operation procedures for the plant at (cold, Warm, hot cases) for normal or emergency cases using SCADA system & local P&ID as: Boiler Operation Engineer – (January 2014 – December 2016) *Operate gas/oil boiler (ANSALDO CALDAIE) by prepare FD Fans, GR Fans, Air Heaters, Firing burners System from local & SCADA system in order to rising pressure & temperatures needed for rolling turbine & other steam systems. Auxiliary Operation Engineer – (January 2017 – December 2019) *Operate auxiliary system (AVIC/ZTPC) by prepare Circulating pumps, Service pumps, Condensate pumps, Start-up pump, Booster pumps, Boiler feed turbine pumps, Feed water heaters from local & SCADA system in order to service the boiler, turbine and different systems equipments. Turbine Operation Engineer – (January 2020 – Present) *Operate turbine (MITSUBISHI) by prepare lubrication, hydrogen & seal systems, Turning gear, Vacuum system from local & TCS system following procedures needed for turbine rolling in order to synchronize the unite on 500kv switch yard (GIS). *Reporting equipments condition during normal operation on SCADA system & by local walk down next to handling any emergency situations confidently also continuously trouble shooting the operation processes & report the maintenance plan needed. *Operate Air compressors system needed to serve the units pneumatic valves & service air needed. *Operate Hydrogen production plant for turbine seal system & for external needs for other power plants. *Good working knowledge for Switch gears, Load centers, Power block, Diesel unites, GIS & Switch yard. *Good working knowledge of Fire fighting system including Jockey pumps, Electrical pump & Diesel pump. *Good working knowledge of 5000 m3 sea water MED Desalination plant.

• Job Details:My responsibilities is to *Design shop drawings until As-built drawing & using loads estimation HAP programs to establish HVAC system for the project, analysis & tender projects by creating technical & financial offers, bills of Quantities, assessing equipments submittals in order to conducting project cost & implement it.
