Treasury & Decision Support Sr. ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Manage and control Treasury and procurement departments • Setting annual cash management strategy, resources, objectives and related KPIs • Monitor and control process execution related to treasury operations & cash management as per treasury policy. • Manage and maximize returns on investments by reviewing market prices & corridor rate submitted by CBE. • Manage and negotiate deals with non-banks financial institutions. • Managing relationship with banks through effective daily communications • Maintaining a level of liquidity to meet both planned and unforeseen cash requirements via monthly, quarterly and yearly cash projection which assist in the ideal utilization of our cash resources and reviewing variance analysis to propose actions related to cash surplus / deficit. • Managing multipurpose short term and long term facilities. • Monitoring daily cash liquidity position by all currencies which covered all kinds of outflow & inflow to maintain cash investment opportunities. • Managing & controlling treasury operations handled by team as follows: - • Cash Investments opportunities and related negotiations. • Execution of FX/MM transactions and ensure proper booking. • Transfers between accounts & outgoing transfers. • Trade finance transactions. • Cheques under collection. • Approving daily bank reconciliations. • Reviewing revaluation of foreign currencies. • Reviewing monthly cash and cash equivalent report. • Reviewing & approving treasury monthly backup (Banks reconciliations, Interest Income analysis, Interest Expenses analysis, Forex analysis, Financing Cost, Bank Charges) • Leading treasury operations, cash management & trade finance teams to provide unique treasury services as committed in the respective SLA’s • Develop and communicate a procurement business plan; establish, communicate and implement long-term goals for the department in order to promote effectiveness and efficiency. • Develop, communicate and administer procurement team performance and development plans and appraisals. • Serve as the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments. • Oversee contract development and administration. • Develop and implement procurement-related training programs for the procurement team and organization. • Manage current procurement policies, procedures and programs with a focus on their ability to enhance organizational value and efficiency; meet regularly with respective departments regarding procurement for their understanding and/or recommendations to enhance policies, procedures and develop, communicate and implement new/revised policies, procedures and programs as needed. • Develop a centralized procurement program that adds value and efficiency to the organization; • Process purchase orders; develops bids and proposals; and reconcile any invoice discrepancies. Procurement and terminals supply chain Senior SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:• Locate best supplier/Offer and negotiate offers till best conditions • Coordinate between the supplier and company departments to ensure company targets are achieved promptly and supplier payments are processed. • Continuously monitoring, evaluating and improving supplier performance. • Ensuring the adequate supply of all required materials, components and equipment • Inspect suppliers’ factories (Domestic and International) to make sure that they are meeting our Quality and Security standards. • Managing the procurement supplier relationships for the company • Resolving disputes and claims with vendors and suppliers. • Ensure proper documentation and following of procurement procedures and do the appropriate changes to accelerate the process. • Cooperate with GSCM activities and initiatives from Vodafone global supply perspective
