• Job Details:Arranged port services which requires necessary vessel operation and exercising discretionary. Coordinated with the owners/charters related to vessel movements, vessel positioning and also arrivals/departures, and designated jobs to assist them in husbandry matters. Coordinated with clients for ship's spare clearing & forwarding, export & import documentation. Reporting to the operations manager and managing the day-to-day operational activities and monitoring the performance of the vessel at port and anchorage and the ship's spare forwarding/storage.

Logistic Executive

• Job Details:Planning the order, next-day delivery, and creating purchase orders respectively. Coordinated with delivery teams to deliver the items on time / contacted suppliers to solve supplier issues. Updated the inventory daily in the system and made system movements for delivery purposes in WMS. Liaised with the showroom team for their awaiting stock and planned the containers based on stock availability. Timely reports to the management and achieving the company targets which has been assigned. Supervised receiving team members to achieve the daily target.
