• Job Details:Planning, executing & monitoring end-to-end logistics operations for 2 SCs in Chennai, managing a daily average volume of 120MT in B2B and 800+ B2C orders, leading a team of 25 on-roll and 120 off-roll employees, managing a fleet of 45+ in-house vehicles and 60+ partner vehicles, ensuring 100% in business SLAs and > 95% target in operational adherence.

• Job Details:Led logistics & supply chain operations for B2B grocery & FMCG with 4000+ daily orders, achieved 99% on delivery time within 24 hours, spearheaded network expansion, responsible for developing new 3PL partnerships.
