• Job Details:Offering consultancies and solutions to customers and building organizational capacity inside LOGIC to grow consultants into offering solutions to customers. Offered a wide range of consulting solutions to key accounts in the different market sectors. Lead consulting teams and managed large projects while coaching senior and regular consultants and being responsible for final products. Projects included strategic foundations, organizational reviews, assessments, restructuring and recommendations, management and employee assessments, building competency frameworks, and laying HR Foundation and Systems; performance management, recruitment, grading structures, policies etc.. Projects managed included the following: 1- Organization review, restructuring and developing a performance management system for a group of companies in the real estate development and housing sector with projects in 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, Shorouk, etc. 2- Assessments of 80 middle managers for a large group of companies in the telco sector. This included assessment centers, one-on-one interviews, management presentations and final report and recommendations 3- Total company assessment, organization review, total HR infrastructure and systems for a large NGO with offices all over Egypt plus management and employee assessments for 135 key staff. 4- Strategic Foundation, organization review, total HR infrastructure and systems for several companies in the FMCG sector in Cairo, Alexandria and other areas including dairy, juices, oils, food and agricultural products, confectionary etc. 5- Participated in the recruitment of different positions for a major player in the telco sector. Other managerial duties include: Serving as a member on LOGIC’s Partners’ Steering Committee contributing to strategy design and implementation. Product development and documentation for organizational products and knowledge management. Offering training courses as part of the organization’s commercial course offerings. Training and coaching the consulting team and building capacity.
