- Job Details:1- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and/or consultation with managers, instructors or customer representatives in order to evaluate, analyze the training requirements. 2-Schedule classes based on availability of classrooms, equipment, and instructors in order to satisfy the training needs. 3-Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials in order to follow up the training service provided . 4-Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness in order to perform the suitable future actions. 5-Monitor training costs to ensure budget is not exceeded, and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures. 6-Work in line with different departments to collect recruitment requirements and accordingly prepare the Man Power plan needed. 7-Performs searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria. 8-Conduct interviews too the chosen candidates through personal interview to figure out needful skills targeting to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements.
