Escalate these risks and create contingency plans when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline. •Create project documents, explain implications of changes to project scope and objectives to the client and to the project team and manage scope creep through client change orders and internal change orders to ensure projects deliver on timeline, scope, budget and strategy expectations. •Evaluate all key project deliverables, as well as final product to ensure traceability of requirements, high quality and client acceptance as well as making sure the project meets internal and client expectations. Achievements Implementation of two projects:  Mass development of Human Resource Department with the final vision of transforming it into electronic paperless Human Resource Department.  Introducing Electronic Medical Records to replace the traditional paper medical records.
