• Job Details:Answers inbound customers inquiries about Studygram Program and Services. • Respond to emails, live chats, and social media messages from customers. • Drive customer communications and follow-ups to support sales conversion from marketing qualifies leads to schedule in office consultations to conversion, and coordinate with application team for accurate submission and follow ups • Coordinate with student success and educational counselling teams for follow-ups, consultations, and meetings with customers on day-to-day basis • Attend schools and universities events to promote Studygram offerings. • Log and update customer interaction in CRM database and pipeline and follow up on customer requests • Provides exceptional personalized customer service of the highest level • Follow up the calls of the client with administrative duties which includes collecting documents, scanning, filling of paperwork as well as liaising with other counseling team • Support in building and maintaining a knowledge management system • Support Studygram Team
