• Job Details:• Responsibilities including but not limited to design, detailed shop drawings For (Low Voltage and medium Voltage systems) transformers and generators sizing, single line diagram of electrical utility, voltage drop calculations, preparing submittals, Request for information (RFIs), estimating cost, subcontract coordination, studying the RFP and preparing project specs, materials Purchase, Coordination with other department, project schedule, BOQ, site survey, preparing Scope of work (SOW), Lighting design, grounding and lightning systems design and shop drawing, power system design and shop drawing, fire detection and alarm system design and shop drawing, telephone system & data system design and shop drawing,…etc. • All design and shop drawings are done according to NFPA70 (NEC), NFPA72 (Fire alarm code), NFPA780 (Lightning Code), British standards (BS7671), KAHRAMA regulations, unify facility guide specs (UFGS)…etc. • All my previously work experience was for airports with their several facilities types (Simulator buildings, control tower, workshops, warehouses, housing facilities, refueling points, explosion proof building, latrines, ...etc) • Confer with engineers, customers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering projects and products. • Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, and testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and customer requirements. • Perform detailed calculations to compute and establish manufacturing, construction, and installation standards and specifications. • Inspect completed installations and observe operations to ensure conformance to design and equipment specifications and compliance with operational and safety standards • Prepare specifications for purchase of materials and equipment.
