• Job Details:1- Responsible for Procurement and Facilities Projects implementations and to maintain company assets, facilities and equipment to ensure safe and proper working conditions. 2- Responsible for procurement Process starting from supplier selection to the Payment processes. 3- Assist in insurance account management 4- Controls absenteeism and overtime for Procurement and Asset management personnel. 5- Prepares annual appraisals for Procurement and Asset management personnel. 6- Prepares departmental operating budgets (OPEX) and maintains effective control of budget expenditure. 7- Prepare capital expenditure (CAPEX) recommendation for maintenance and modification works. 8- Assist in new regulations for E-Invoice with Accounting team. 9- Developing a preventative maintenance plan for all related Facilities to MBEG

Procurement and Asset management senior engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Ensures that required goods/services needed are received in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets. 2- Creating and modifying purchase orders for the requesting departments in alignment with purchasing policy. 3- Handling bids and tenders: Quotations, cost analysis, price negotiations and supplier selection through the tender process. 4- Sourcing new suppliers/service providers and conducting market research for potential suppliers. 5- Managing Supplier registration and all required documents from the supplier are received and compliant. 6- Monitoring Suppliers’ performance and developing detailed supplier evaluation report. 7- Maintaining supplier relationship and developing good relation with existing and new suppliers. 8- Identifying gaps, root causes and developing remediation actions and solutions for the procurement process. 9- Responsible for all contracts renewal and new drafts regarding Asset Management department in coordination with legal department in order to comply with the local and international laws. 10- Provide training and simplified user manual for SAP users in different departments in alignment with Mercedes-Benz India. 11- Fleet Management (Insurance and Maintenance). 12- Responsible for current MB buildings and new projects (Location and Building selection, finishing, MEP, firefighting and furniture) 13-Responsible for the enactment of all Procurement and Asset Management and Co. Cars Policies and Guidelines.

Senior Mechanical procurment engineerFull Time

• Job Details:1- Managing purchasing team members (custodies, receiving for purchase orders). 2- Follow-up for the outstanding requests with my procurement team. 3- Revising and managing for our vendor list. 4- Create and follow the RFQs for spare parts, new machines and services. 5- Prepare schedules for comparison. 6- Selecting the suppliers according to technical and financial specifications. 7- Negotiate the payment terms, contracts conditions, incoterms and documents. 8- Issuance and revision for my department purchase orders. 9- Tracking and expediting of shipments. 10- Follow-up on material delivery as delivery time, quality and required documents. 11- Coordinate the meetings for the suppliers with the maintenance department to ensur maximum quality and satisfaction. 12- Managing the lubricants accounts for all Beshay group.
