Development of Spare parts dealers, territory expansion & doing profitable business for the company.

Fortnightly meeting with all Spare Part Dealers in the state.
Day to day issue resolution.
Warehousing Management.
Guiding warehouse people to strictly adhere FIFO process.
Keep watching of stacking of products in warehouse to avoid damages.
Clearance of bills of Service Providers, Transporters etc.
Penalize service providers on not following norms.
Launching of schemes to Service Providers for providing fast & efficient service to customers.
Weekly review of dealers damage stock with the Area Manager & make them saleable.
Liquidation of obselete models.
