• Job Details:Advises the site team on all matters of HSSE Ensure full compliance with the IFC and EBRD Performance Standards on Environmental and Social Accountable for development and implementation of an effective HSSE Risk Management System (prevention and repression) and HSSE Performance Management System Responsible for the development and implementation of an effective Emergency Response Plan Initiates and ensures that investigations of incidents, accidents, near misses and unsafe working conditions are conducted in a complete and timely manner, providing remedial actions to achieve effective incident prevention and avoidance of losses Acts as liaison with government agencies and serves as a site Team representative in case of inquiries and inspections to correct deficiencies and minimize citations and fines for non-compliance Actively supports and promotes a pro-active positive HSSE culture within the entire organization (incl Contractors) Sets up and implements HSSE Behavior-Based programs and promotional activities that will improve HSSE awareness and ownership Work closely with management to develop and implement the organization's policies and plans. HSSE Matters Conduct or organize relevant health and safety training for staff as required, including first aid and fire safety.

• Job Details:Lead, guide and complete HSES prequalification requirements and due diligence for all external parties, such as lenders, government entities, etc. Identify potential hazards and recommend solutions at all stages of the project, including design review Perform environmental screening of projects at early stage of development Assist Project Managers to ensure compliance by all project contractors to all relevant legislation and statutory requirements Conduct the new contractor's prequalification from the HSES point of view; review the HSES performance of contractors after each project Prepare HSES Plans, Procedures, Risk assessments for the projects, and all Health, Safety and environment-related documentation to ensure compliance with KarmSolar and local requirements Conduct regular inspections of construction and operational sites to make sure that the activities are executed as per the HSES plan and procedures Monitor implementation of environmental and social mitigation measures during construction and O&M phases Ensure proper HSES training of Company staff; organize HSES promotion Make sure of the proper availability and working conditions of safety equipment Collect relevant information and report HSES data and trends Ensure that all sites are legally compliant in all aspects of HSES and Quality Lead accidents and incidents investigations Develop and review performance goals and HSES objectives and targets, including KPIs To recommend improvements to the HSES program To analyze HSES trends for all projects Identifying appropriate continuous improvement processes Develop and improve behavior-based safety.

• Job Details:Implement the company's HSE policies and approach of working together to achieve zero harm Prepare and enforce policies to establish a positive HSE culture Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims Assure contractors' compliance to HSE requirements by implementing the HSE Program audit and inspection program Encourage an open attitude towards reporting incidents and discussions of incidents, their causes, and recommendations Incentivize worker uptake of safe working practices Register all incidents in the incident register, perform investigations, and contribute to Contractors' investigations to understand the causes and influencing factorsEnsure that recommendations are implemented and shared across the portfolio of projects to prevent a recurrence Ensure a zero-tolerance approach to unsafe practices Carry out and document daily HSE inspections and facilitate weekly and monthly management safety walks Plan and carry out weekly HSE coordination meetings with all contractors; participate in weekly HSE meetings Ensure that employees' HSE training and awareness programs are carried out as planned and executed smoothly.
