• Job Details:- Lead and Manage Census and research projects. - Design and plan research projects. - Design Questionnaires and methodologies of collecting information. - Design and maintain database for collecting data using different platforms - Design geographic maps supporting our clients to have a clearer vision leading to more efficient decision-making process. - Analyze geospatial Data for our clients in different industries (FMCG, Banks, etc..... ) to support in expansion plans and distribution across channels and to know the strengths & weakness per region areas versus competitors. - Provide strategies and planning consulting to marketing and sales team including route to market strategies, consumer segmentation targeting for location intelligence. - Supervise and organize project activities and ensure that project goals align with the company’s objectives. - Report the progress of the project at regular intervals to the CEO. - Lead & supervise on all project teams (Field operations, quality assurance) during all phases of the project. - Ensure effective quality assurance and overall integrity of projects. - Support the development of high quality technical proposals and/or documentation. - Prepare and present high quality technical presentations and demonstrations. - Provide summary reports on progress, minutes of meetings, presentational material, and other formal documentation and deliverables.

Rerouting SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:- Optimizing sales routes in sales region by increasing truck productivity and increasing strike rate and eliminating overlap between routes using Roadnet territory planner & ArcGIS Network analysis. - Maintaining customer’s data and journey plans through SQLserver DB2 database. - Managing, Creating and publishing services, web maps & market surveys through ArcGIS online platform to support sales team. - Creating and implementing rerouting plan ensuring smooth execution in the market. - Implementing outlet segmentation & Classification project and reflecting its impact on the sales call frequency. - Tracking & Monitoring Salesmen to make sure from visiting customers at their locations. - Supporting the sales capability team through market audit and health check on sales team. - Rolling out a dynamic routing project to create dynamic daily routes for presell orders based on truck utilization, shortest path, customers priority & timing using GIS technologies.
