• Job Details:Freelance – Oracle E-Business HRMS Consultant • Three successful implementations for Oracle E-Business Suite (HRMS Module) across Jordan, Abu Dhabi and Florida. • Al Salam Constructions Project - Abu Dhabi, UAE • Cellular Spot Project - Florida, USA • TravoTech Project - Amman, Jordan • Use Application Implementation Methodology (AIM) for all implementations include preparing RD.020, BR.030, BR.100, BR.110, MD.050, TE.040 and other needed documents within AIM. • Full implementation of HR and Payroll Modules. • Lead project team members and Own the design and implementation of HRMS solutions and work well within a team environment • Participates in customer implementations including post-sales needs analysis and development of customization • Assists in providing training for internal team members • Design, Develop, Test and implement application extensions and enhancements. • Develop, document and enforce application standards and procedures.
