QHSE ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Implement, establish and continuously improving health, safety and environmental and quality programs according to the industry standards.  Review company processes to ensure whether they align with the current health, safety and environmental and quality policies  Arranging safety and environmental and quality, GMP trainings according to training needs and training matrix to ensure continues development.   Take action to mitigate the impact and likelihood of health and safety risks by Carrying out risk assessment and considering how risks could be reduced.  Manage and monitoring permit to -work system through choosing authorized persons to issue the permits  Investigating, evaluating and studying Accidents and Incidents to identify the root cause and the preventive & corrective action. Ensure proper implementation of fire safety/fire prevention and regulatory compliance.  Developing and implementing Emergency preparedness and response plan  Leading the HSE committee activities & hold a monthly meeting with management to review quality and HSE KPIs and all hot issues  Ensure that the Integrated Management System is operating consistently and effectively to the requirements of ISO 9001/2015 and ISO 45001/2018 &ISO 14001/2015.  Maintain an integrated audit program for Quality, GMP & Safety, and Environment standards to ensure that all processes /activities are regularly audited as per the company's audit plan. Responding to customer audits and information requests including providing letters of guarantee and/or certificates of audit, and assist plant management in translating customer satisfaction survey data into action plans.  Leading Pest Control contracting and visits  Developing annual quality & HSE KPIs  Measurement and control the environmental aspects such as (Illumination level, Dust Particulate, Air Quality, Noise Level...etc.) 

QHSE Section HeadFull Time

• Job Details:Develop, implement and improve QHSE management systems, processes and procedures to support business operations in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001and food safety FSSC 22000 as well   Develops, facilitate and review QHSE risk assessments for routine and non-routine activities in consultation with the operations team.  Review internal QHSE policies and practices to ensure they meet company and regulatory requirements  Provide training and development to ensure competency of QHSE Staff  Cross verify line parameters, process test results and confirm to the standard.  Develop, implement and improve system to monitor defects in the line and suggest timely actions taken against it.  Provide training and development to ensure competency of QHSE Staff  Actively engage in Sanitation, train and monitor team performance in CIP.  Support QHSE team members, and engage in active discussion with production and maintenance team to build confidence.  Coordinate with QHSE Manager to achieve Zero accident and Zero defect from Raw Material to finish product.  Verify water parameters are meeting the set standards; take corrective action immediately if there is any deviation.  Ensure proper implementation of Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good House Keeping (GHK) is in place.  Lead and motivate team  Annual stuff appraisals

Health &Safety SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:Ensure proper implementation of the company SHE systems including GEHSMS and PI standards across all departments, Ensure compliance to both company & local governmental Safety regulations ,Ensure that all incidents and injuries are reported and investigate, Perform regular and irregular site safety inspection, Perform, review and assist in performing site risk assessments for both current and newly developed jobs on regular, Perform regular contractor inspection and evaluation for contractors on site. Develop health and safety work procedures in light of the company safety management systems, Prepare site personal protective equipment matrix and ensure its availability. Administer all actions tracked on the action tracking system., Plan and coordinate annual safety training plan, Conduct site safety induction training to all new employees, temporary labors, contractors and third party entering the site, Administer material safety data sheet for all materials introduced in site, Come up with creative solutions for issues arising from different site Audits, Inspections, site tours, near misses and unsafe work condition reports. Implement schedule for site planned inspection, Coordinate risk assessment programs to cover all site activities, Work with maintenance department to fulfill maintenance requirements for Fire alarm system as well as the firefighting equipment. Administer the site emergency response plan and coordinate effective test drills, Administer all internal and external formal communications
