• HR Best Practice Award for year 2013 “EQUAL OPPORTUNITY FOR LIFE PROJECT”
It is a community services & development project with the cooperation of Ebtessama Foundation & the International Labor Organization; project goal is to train and employ the Young Adults with Mental Disability to be the first hotel in the hospitality field all over the world certified as a training center for those people. In 2014, I was awarded with the HR Best Practices in Starwood Hotels & Resorts for Europe Africa & Middle East Division for this project.

• 2013 Community Awareness by shooting Two Documentary Films (produced by GIZ Foundation) about very technical positions in the hospitality field and its career planning in order to be displayed in all hotel & tourism schools & institutes as per agreed with the ministry of Education
• Since 2009 till present Community Services i.e. blood donation for 57357 hospital twice a year


Participated in the hotel new opening as an HR Manager.
