  • Job Details:1. Check In-House emails and address all the raised comments whether by contacting authors and\or editors. 2. Make sure that the editorial process is running smoothly by solving problems. 3. Follow up on the editorial workflow at all stages to ensure timely completion of the process. 4. Act as a liaison between authors, editors and reviewers during the whole review process. 5. Act as a liaison between authors of accepted manuscripts and production unit in order to ensure receiving all materials required to proceed with the production cycle. 6. Work collaboratively with Information Technology Department in order to resolve complaints of all users.
