• Job Details:Create my own source and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need. Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test, deal with all routine. Correspondence to applicants, including writing to successful and unsuccessful job applicants. Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues. Headhunting Identifying and approaching suitable candidates Review resumes credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Conduct Initial phone interviews with complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position. Interview the candidates using the face to face method based on Competencies Based Interview. Fully Orient the accepted candidates from our side to be well prepared before the final interview. Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with the candidates. Filing the candidate’s applications. Calibrating the interviews with the client. Representing the Company in employment fairs and any public events.
