• Job Details:Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs. - Screening resumes, Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates. - Administer organization supported activities to enhance employee participation and engagement. - Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. - Following up on the interview process status. - Track applicant flow maintain pipeline of qualified candidates for future. - Consideration. - Help collect and analyze recruitment data. - Handling new hires probation period and contracts renewal. - Support and managed enrolling new hires in medical and life insurance. - Conducting exit interviews. - Conducting employee on boarding tasks and help plan training & development - Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems Participate in all HR functions and activities such as, recruitment, training, performance management, Satisfaction survey, payroll, policies, and procedures, to increase the employee satisfaction. - Responsible for all employees’ inquiries such as HR letters, Vacations, company benefits
