MEP & INTERFACE MANAGERFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage the MEP activities (Design, shop drawings, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning) with all stakeholders Designer, Owner, colleagues and other disciplines and the related Governmental authorities. • MEP activities includes (MV, LV Electrical works, Light Current (Fire Alarm, Data, and BMS), Firefighting, Plumbing and HVAC. • Manage the MEP planning activities in all phases (Design/ Procurement /Installation). • Follow-up the Consultant Progress/invoices and prepare the necessary contractually letters and claims. • Prepare /submit the related necessary letters to the client. • Manage the Procurement for the Electrical & Mechanical materials and long-lead items. • Manage the civil defense approval for the firefighting materials and design. • Manage, arrange and follow up the MEP's Factory Acceptance Test procedures until get the client satisfactory according to the project contract. • Manage the interface activities (Documents tracking technically, study, reply with comments or transfer to designer and finalize all Interface phases until closing). • Change Management, • Track closely the project milestones related to MEP activities. • Lead the MEP change management with the client.

MEP ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:Lead, plan, manage and follow up the MEP activities (design, shop drawings, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning).  Take the Make or Buy decision.  Manage the civil defense approval for the firefighting materials and design.  Manage, arrange and follow up the MEP's Factory Acceptance Test procedures until get the client satisfactory according to the project contract.  Follow up the cash collection process for MEP items.  Actively Participate in the interface documents between all parties according to the contract.  Handle the scope split for the MEP subcontractors.  Create / Manage/ follow up the procurement plan for MEP materials according to the project's plan.  Lead and follow up the cost control for MEP Items for the subcontractors with Cost Control team (EPC Contract).  Track closely the project milestones related to MEP.  Lead the MEP change management with the client.  Actively Participate in modifying / enhancing the subcontractor resource plans and time schedules for the Project.  Manage and follow the operation & Maintenance contract (30 years contract) with the MEP subcontractors and suppliers.  Create and submit a regular report to the top management.
