Prepare all necessary documents to apply work permit and Visa by coordinating with foreigner staff. Manage all schedule and process of Visa, work permit application, and 90 days notification. Handle all problems which are related to any Visa and work permit issues, cancellation and extension process of Visa and work permit. Issue and revise all invoices related to staff flight tickets, beverage, mobile and visa invoices, submitting monthly and yearly summary. Distributing foreigner USD cash salary. Administrating employment assessment and orienting new foreigners employees to the organization (setting up a designated log-in, workstation, email address, etc.) Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions. Completing termination paperwork and assisting for Korean employees. Responsible for foreigners employment's renewal process (documents to provide, signing the contract, etc.). Maintain HR database is updated with all employees Data Foreigners and Egyptian. Maintaining time sheets and accurately inputting time and attendance data into the payroll sheet, verify attendance, hours worked and pay adjustment while tracking over time hours and approving compensatory time earned. Assisting in interview process with department manager. Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, and printing information, organizing work, answering the telephone, relaying messages , organize and schedule meetings and appointments, event coordinators inside the site or outside at a hotels or Golf clubs, processing incoming mail. Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators. Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets. Update employee’s organization chart picture using power point and Photoshop. Translate Korean sheet into Arabic & English.
