• Job Details:"Port Said University Hospital 2nd stage" & "Construction Port Said University Faculty of law 1st stage" The construction of the structure for the three main buildings was completed in the first phase on a building area of 9500 square meters. the 2nd phase was intended finishing the three main buildings according to the architectural and medical principles, with the construction and finishing three other buildings to serve the main building. Accomplishment systems for air conditioning, fire and medical gases, with good coordination between networks to preserve architectural spaces. Accomplishment equipping and finishing 16 operating rooms and 12 x-ray examination rooms at the highest levels of medical specifications , in addition to the intensive care and dialysis rooms, and the accommodation rooms for patients and medical staff, with the provision of all means of comfort and luxury for them, including two gymnasiums, laundries and kitchens. My responsible were: - Determine project objectives and scope. provide the planner with resources needed till we reach to a good resource plan to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner. prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. - Track project costs in order to meet budget. - Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan. - Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments,and progress. - Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables. - Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution. - Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed. - Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Job Details:"Port Said University Hospital 2nd stage" & "Development Port Said Automated Slaughterhouse" & "Development and Support Port Said Governorate building" & "Port Said University teaching hospital 1st stage" -Supervising operations and activities. - Allocating budgets and implementing policies and procedures to achieve set goals - Liaising with owner and reporting on progress to staff and the public. - Supervising construction workers and hiring subcontractors. - Buying materials for each phase of the project. - Conducting quality and safety inspections. - Checking and preparing site reports, designs and drawings. - Reporting to the upper management on the department’s progress - Day to day problem solving and dealing with any issues that arise.

• Job Details:Running the work with the subcontractors and the Designer, Quantities inventory needed for operating the project , Technical adviser, Supervising, Quality control, Checking plans, drawings and quantities, Day-to-day management of the site, Preparing reports as required.
