• Job Details:• Managed the end-to-end Procurement and Logistics process of opening ‘The Last Exit’ in Dubai. • Forecasting cash call for Finance to request fund from Treasury before initiating the purchase of all assets. • Streamlined document processing including timely suppliers’ payments, POs, Advance Payment etc. • Managed asset & equipment inventory and movement between locations, secured the correct insurance documentation. • Handled all documentation required by Dubai Municipality and Customs as well as tenders, contracts and service level agreements. • Responsible for validity of all Operating Permits for each establishment in each location. • Involved in all operational activities before the opening of new locations, including the commissioning process and assisting the Government Relations Department to obtain Operating Permits. • Supervised contractors to modify and refurbish business units and vehicles and to transport them to the project sites. • Build and Maintained strong/solid partners - as the representative of Meeras - with all customers, suppliers and contractors; providing the best support to ensure that the client’s operations were running smoothly during pre-opening. • Monitor department monthly revenue and follow up payment from clients. • Monitor product quality and offered appropriate solutions when discrepancies occurred. • Involved in selecting good clients with the potential to generate outstanding revenue streams. • Provided guidance on suitable and popular menu options to boost client’s revenue. • Responsible for managing all asset Sales and Handover (vehicles & equipment) • Drafted business proposals and agreements for clients; liaised with the Leasing Department and Legal Departments to ensure full execution of the agreements.

• Job Details:• Managed all end-to-end Procurement & Logistics activities for the group and provided guidance and advice about compliance, applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures. • Handled all documentation required by Dubai Municipality and Customs as well as tenders, contracts and service level agreements. • Streamlined document processing including timely suppliers’ payments, POs, Advance Payment etc. • Monitor stock level, rotation, warehouse management and plan purchasing base on requirements. • Researched new suppliers and managed existing supplier portfolio; established and maintained good relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure consistent high quality supply. • Sourced, selected, compared products based on Cost, Quality, and Availability. • Instigated cost reduction activities such as negotiation, rebates, review quotes, term and conditions, ordering lead time for all transaction to ensure the competitive price. • Monitor expense based on budget.
