• Job Details:• Responsible for the day to day IT requirements of the company. • Maintaining desktop applications, local area networks, IT security and telecommunications. • Strengthening the IT infrastructure through to implementing new technologies. • Responsible for hardware and software installation, maintenance and repair. • Performing routine audits of systems and software. Manage the IT budgets and expenditure on hardware and software. • Developing & maintaining the company IT systems, software and databases. Systems Development Information Management and Training SpecialistFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for manipulating and analysing of the vast amount of clinical registry data. • Supporting clinical staff and non-clinical staff to measure and improve the quality of patient care they provide. • Develop analytic approaches for processing datasets to meet client project requirements, including but not limited to: Conducting data exploration, solving data problems and executing algorithmic data processing using SQL, VBA, NPRs. Access or Excel. • Support registry data reporting. Work with the scientific, clinical and and non clinic staff to ensure accuracy of reporting for complex algorithms, such as risk models. • Applying analytic techniques to address data outliers or anomalies found during analyses providing reports and visualizing data for custom analytics reports. • Exploratory analyses on registry data to clarify how data can be used to provide insights on medical therapies. • Work closely with internal and external study/project managers to ensure the timely completion of client deliverables and requests. • Data quality program by introducing innovative, cost effective and scalable statistical techniques to further ensure data quality across the registries. • Ensures integrity, accuracy, validity and comprehensiveness of data • Has experience working with clinical applications such as: Laboratory systems (CoPath, Soft Lab, HCLL Blood Bank) Radiology systems (PACs) ,Pharmacy systems (Management, dispensing), Nursing Clinical Manager, Appointments (Scheduling) Maternity, Health Records systems (Electronic patient record), Choose and Book, Emergency Department systems
