• Job Details:• Overseeing all procedural details of trade mark registration; • Managing, protecting and enforcing intellectual property rights, including trademarks, pa-tents, copyrights, designs, and the 'get-up' of a product i.e. its look or image; • Negotiating in disputes regarding trademarks; • Taking action on trade mark infringement and passing off; • Drawing up appropriate contractual papers; • Preparing and conducting Intellectual Property sessions for non-lawyers; • Advising on trade mark availability for use or registration; • Conducting orientation for new team members regarding Intellectual Property as a whole and Trademark specifically; • Advising on design and copyright issues; • File and prosecute patent applications, counsel on intellectual property, trade secret and antitrust matters, and participate with outside counsel in intellectual property litigation.

• Job Details:• Administering terms and conditions of employment contracts and contracts with outside suppliers to provide employees' services; • Negotiating and awarding contracts and contract modifications; • Performing work associated with termination of contracts; • Update and maintain the social insurance records; • Soft skills training sessions for coworkers; • Interviewing the shortlisted applicants to facilitate selection of the right person for the right job at optimal cost and salary package to the company.
