• Job Details:Reviews and approves the Construction Site Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) issued by EPC Contractor and witnesses major activities selected by PMC to insure that the contraction work done properly and according to Specification and Drawings. • Ensures that the EPC Contractor is implementing and following the Project Quality Plan and Inspection and Test Plans. • Monitors and administers EPC Contractor quality performance through to achieving the Provisional Acceptance. • Reviews and approves quality control reports for EPC Contractor. • Review “WQT”, ”PQR” ,”WPS”, “NDT Procedure and Reports”. • Initiates Non Conformity Reports (NCR) for any activity not complying with the Project quality plan, programs and procedures. • Reviews and approves the Non Conformity Reports, analyses the root cause(s), corrective action(s) and preventive action(s). • Ensures timely closure of Construction Site NCRs. • Ensures, checks and signs Inspection Request Form(s). • Ensures witnessing and approval of calibration tests for EPC Contractor’s tools, equipment and instruments. • Ensures the application of and implementation of the Project filing system. • Identifies a PMC Audit Schedule and performs regular Audits on the EPC Contractor. • Participates in administering the Construction Site quality management auditing by EPC Contractor and reviews the auditing report with required corrective actions. : mostafamohamedomar@gmail.com : Home: +202 26555876 Mobile : +20100 6592513 www2 | • Ensures that Audit report corrective and preventive actions are implemented and items closed. • Leads the weekly Construction Site quality meetings with EPC Contractor. • Participates in other Construction Site review meetings, as required. • Ensures the review and timely submission of the Marked-Up As-Built drawings and availability of all Final Documentation prior to the Provisional Acceptance. • Ensures and monitors the preparation of the Test-Pack Dossiers, Mechanical Completion Dossiers and Ready For Start-up Dossiers, confirms approvals of all signed-off inspection forms for system and Plant readiness before handing over from construction up to Provisional Acceptance. • Ensures the awareness and implementation of the Quality Control Plans, programs and Quality Assurance procedures for the Construction Site activities within the framework of the Project Quality Management System

Piping Construction Team Leader-Task Force Team leader for Test Packages and Pressure Test-Completion Team LeaderFull Time

• Job Details:1-Piping Construction Team Leader Duties including:  Supervision/monitoring all subcontractors’ site activities.  Verify all material specifications with material coordinators prior to deliver for fabrication.  Review the drawings through 3D Modeling, ZWCAD, and ProCAD Cadworx. Revise the drawings and check all material take off.  Ensure that all construction contractors’ supervision and manpower are instructed in and comply with all aspects of Health, Safety, Environment and Security (HSES) policy, site regulations, permit to work procedures and instructions and Client requirements.  Ensure that construction contractors working within his discipline adhere strictly to the latest Approved for Construction (AFC) project drawings, Specifications, ITP’s, Procedures and Site Instructions.  Responsible for the HSES and quality aspects of the work within assigned areas and for ensuring construction contractors complete their work in accordance with the project schedule.  Review and monitor the availability of drawings, specifications, job instructions, material deliveries and tools applicable to his/her particular discipline and area of work.  In conjunction with the contractors’ supervision, planning engineers and the Construction Engineer, develop detailed daily and weekly work plans in accordance with the overall planning schedule.  Inform the Discipline Superintendent on specific areas where the program needs to be adjusted in accordance with site conditions and material deliveries  Responsible for monitoring the discipline and timekeeping of contractors’ staff and labors in a defined work area, identifying any disciplinary action required, and informing the relevant Discipline Superintendent.  Review the received drawings P&ID, GA, Isometrics, Above/underground piping.  Monitoring the Fabrication shop activities via daily productivity report.3 | 2-Task Force Team leader for Test Packages and Pressure Test Duties including:  Fully supervise Test Packages flow as follow:  Prepare test package according to test block provided by Client.  Review of all piping test packages.  Assigning Test Pack numbering.  Confirm test medium is correct according to the line list and flushing method is correct  Confirm design pressure and test pressure is correct according to line list and within the allowable pressure for the pipe specification.  Confirm filling points, venting points, and drains are acceptable.  Confirm test boundaries are reasonable - evaluate exclusion zones.  Confirm valves, instruments, etc. that need to be removed are identified.  Confirm pressure gauge and relief valve locations.  Confirm boundary limits of blowing packages are achievable. 3-Completion Team Leader Duties including:  Follow the Project Completions Plan and procedures. Comply with project procedures and guidelines. Adhere to established Health, Environmental, Safety & Security (HESS)  Overall responsibility is to participate and coordinate punch and MC activities with handover to commissioning.  Supervise local and expat MC inspectors.  Assist in administering Completion Management System data input and reporting daily the status of Completion  Preparing weekly status reports from start of MC activities.  Ensure that systems and equipment are protected and preserved throughout fabrication, installation & hookup.  Coordinate all Mechanical Completion related activities through the use of Company discipline engineers and inspectors.  Review selected drawings and documents issued by EPC Contractor  Ensure MC complete for handover to Commissioning.  Review and approval of all gross air and/or N2He leak testing packages - review includes following activities.  Confirm boundary limits of gross air and /or N2He leak test packages are achievable.  Submit the test package for Client review and approval.  Follow up with Client on test package approval.  Review the test package status once the punch, punch kill activities and release for HT if punch is cleared for HT.  Update the test package status.
